TURN TIME EXPECTANCY

Due to the nature of our business turn times cannot be rushed or influenced by external deadlines. Furthermore, our turn times may fluctuate dramatically without prior notice. Turn times quoted upon submission, reflect that of files being approved on that day and are not forward looking, nor do they represent a guarantee of any kind. We are most susceptible to delays in the delivery of conditional approvals, but may also be impacted at any time during the transaction.

 

Please reference the chart below for our current turn times and please refrain from inquiring on status until the quoted turn times below have been exceeded.

Signing off of Prior to Documents & Funding Conditions:

Same to Next Business Days (Effective Monday, January 3rd, 2022)

Condominium/HOA Project Approval: (ordered once all prior to document conditions have been satisfied) Required on all investment properties and loans needing investor approval.

Approximately 4-6 Business Days

Generation of Loan Documents:

Check In Executed Loan Documents & Assigning A Funder: (received from escrow/title)
